What we're looking for:
As Head of Operations, you'll be the architect of our operational future. You'll set the direction for how our Operations Function matures and scales, ensuring we have the right systems, processes, and people in place to support rapid growth. Sitting on the Operating Board, you'll work alongside senior peers to shape strategy and deliver results that matter.
This is a role for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader—someone who can envision what's next and make it happen.
You'll need…
- Proven leadership:
Demonstrable experience shaping and running an Operations Function in a fast-paced, growth environment. - Resilience & adaptability:
Thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings. - Strategic & operational mindset:
Ability to think big and execute effectively. - Collaborative leadership style:
Open, transparent, and able to bring teams along with you.
Expertise in at least two of these areas:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Process governance and improvements
- Supplier and partner management (including legal and IT)
- Centralised Client Business Support
- Enterprise tooling (Oracle NetSuite & SalesForce)
Influence & negotiation skills:
- Comfortable engaging at all levels, including board-level

- Shape the future:
Create and deliver a roadmap to scale Operations through smart technology, AI and people solutions. - Lead with impact:
Oversee a broad function including Risk & Compliance, Data Analytics & MI, Client Business Support, and Legal & IT outsourcing relationships. - Drive efficiency:
Enhance and govern our current business processes to ensure we are lean, effective, and future-ready. - Manage risk:
Develop and embed a tailored risk-management approach across the business. - Build capability:
Create a centralised admin function to support our Account Managers across our growing portfolio of clients. - Be the go-to leader:
Act as the senior escalation point for urgent operational issues. - Collaborate effectively:
Represent Operations at the Operating Board, ensuring blockers are resolved and priorities aligned.
