The Role - What You'll Do

  • Proactively source and headhunt the best candidates in your market
  • Win new business and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Sell opportunities to candidates and candidates to clients you are the dealmaker
  • Negotiate salaries, offers, and contracts to close placements
  • Hit (and exceed) sales targets with uncapped earning potential

  • Degree-educated, ambitious, and determined to succeed in sales
  • Target-driven, resilient, and competitive you thrive under pressure
  • Confident communicator who enjoys networking and persuading others
  • Natural salesperson with the hunger to win business and close deals
  • Previous sales or telesales experience is advantageous but not essential
