The Opportunity
We're hiring for a Marketing Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based in London, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of our marketing strategy and drive meaningful impact across the business.
Your New Role
You'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive organisational growth and enhance brand awareness. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll lead on external product and distribution marketing communications, helping to position and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
Main responsibilities:
Partner with senior-level internal stakeholders to develop marketing initiatives in line with industry best practices and company strategy
Identify trends, make recommendations for optimising spend and performance, and evaluate customer experience across multiple channels
Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop effective strategies and solutions for internal clients, focusing on sales and marketing improvement
Work with the wider Comms and Marketing team to execute and deliver marketing plans and strategies
Brief marketing assets into the in-house studio, ensuring aims and needs are clearly communicated
Create marketing materials for business acquisition initiatives and ensure campaigns enhance organisational reputation
Support the sales process with innovative marketing initiatives to help internal clients achieve sales goals
Provide expert advice on marketing best practices to develop the organisation's communications and marketing capabilities
About You
You'll be a confident and experienced marketing professional with a background in B2B marketing. You'll bring strategic thinking, creativity, and a collaborative approach to everything you do.
Skills you'll need:
Marcomms experience, ideally within the insurance, financial, or professional services sector
Experience in B2B marketing across the full marketing mix
Great campaign development skills, from strategy through to execution
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in marketing
Degree or equivalent experience in communications and marketing
