We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team.

As an Electrician you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional electrical service to residents ensuring all internal and external work sites are adequately protected and maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of works such as rewires, remedial works, installations, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
  • Delivery of great customer care and service, ensuring any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
  • Maintaining high levels of safety and security, in compliance with current policies and procedures:

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Must have proven experience of working on residential properties.
  • Hold an 18th Edition qualification.
  • Hold City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 in Electrical Installation.
  • Hold an Electrical Inspection & Testing qualification
