Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the Brand & Marketing team, with a focus on managing the end-to-end voucher process and providing administrative support across a range of team activities.

Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, this role will play a critical part in enabling key initiatives and campaigns by ensuring vouchers, purchase orders (POs), and related admin tasks are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, working with data, and interacting with a range of stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Manage all aspects of the voucher process across various campaigns and initiatives
  • Track usage and ensure timely delivery and fulfilment
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for internal queries relating to voucher fulfilment and admin processes
  • Escalate and resolve any operational issues with the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and reporting for transparency and audit readiness
  • Support documentation, process tracking and internal record keeping
  • Raise and track POs for the Marketing team
  • Manage and reconcile invoice processes in collaboration with finance
  • Support Head of Marketing with ad hoc administrative tasks
