The team also has substantial expertise in advising corporate trustees and agents in relation to default situations and the restructuring of structured and other finance products, working in close conjunction with our restructuring, insolvency and special situations group and the dispute resolution team. We also advise facility agents, security agents and escrow agents on syndicated loans, project finance transactions and other loan financings.
