About Green Project: Green Project is a SaaS-based carbon accounting, renewable energy and sustainability data management platform. Under increasing pressure from regulators, investors, customers and employees, businesses—especially small- and medium-sized businesses—are struggling to calculate, report on, and manage down their GHG emissions. 

Green Project's new Decarbonization Platform empowers corporates, B2B purchasers and private investment managers with a reliable and scalable Scope 3 decarbonization solution. Organizations can leverage our platform to bring affordable renewable energy products (e.g., Energy Attribute Certificates) to their suppliers and portfolio companies, catalyzing value chain emissions reductions regardless of partner maturity and geography. Green Project's renewable energy products are sourced by our parent company, ACT Group, a leading global environmental commodities trading and advisory firm with 15+ years' experience building energy markets, and the Decarbonization Solutions Lead will be instrumental in aligning efforts across ACT Group and Green Project.    

Responsibilities:

  • Event coordination: Own logistics and execution for conferences, private networking events and webinars to ensure successful delivery, strong brand visibility, and lead generation opportunities.
  • Email marketing: Maintain and optimize marketing email campaigns to ensure they remain up to date, relevant, and effective in driving engagement and conversion.
  • Internal communications: Support internal marketing updates to keep Green Project teams informed of marketing campaigns, events, and key results.
  • Campaign execution: Drive the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (email, social, partnerships) by coordinating assets, timelines, and tracking activities.
  • Marketing operations: Document and maintain key processes to enable consistency and scalability; manage contractor relationships and deliverables.
  • Market and competitor insights: Conduct ongoing research to inform campaign direction, messaging and positioning.
  • Content coordination: Support content creation and publishing across channels.
  • Reporting support: Assist in performance reporting and analysis on marketing budget, ROI, lead attribution, campaign efficacy, etc.
  • Cross-functional projects: Support ad hoc marketing needs from other teams to enhance collaboration and visibility.
  • Brand consistency: Help ensure all materials reflect Green Project's tone, visual style, and messaging standards.

Requirements: 

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable learning and using marketing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with Green Project's tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Notion) is a bonus, but not essential
  • Understanding of campaign processes and performance metrics
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
