About the Role

The Senior Event Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Dandy's Field Marketing and Events program as we expand into Europe. This leader owns all aspects of building and running the regional events engine from tradeshows and sponsorships to strategic partner and Dandy-hosted experiences, ensuring full alignment with go-to-market priorities. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with flawless execution and is passionate about creating impactful, in-person experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead Dandy's European events strategy, defining priorities that align with company growth goals, regional market dynamics, and global marketing plans.

  • Drive execution of flagship and field marketing events including trade shows, Dandy-hosted events, and sponsorships that elevate brand visibility and generate measurable pipeline impact.

  • Operate with high autonomy and strategic judgment, independently setting direction, making tradeoffs, and driving programs from concept through execution.

  • Build scalable operational frameworks for event management, vendor partnerships, booth design, logistics, and staffing to ensure flawless delivery across markets.

  • Define and report ROI metrics using data-driven insights to evaluate performance, optimize spend, and guide future event investment decisions.

  • Build and maintain event program budget and performance forecasts.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leaders to align on objectives, enable teams for successful onsite engagement, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

  • Manage budgets and vendor negotiations to balance financial efficiency with premium-quality brand experiences.

  • Develop and mentor a growing events team, fostering high performance, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B event marketing.

  • Proven experience building and scaling regional event programs with measurable business impact.

  • Ability to set strategy and define operational plans across global teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset to define and report performance metrics and ROI.

  • Excellent vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistical planning skills.

  • Highly collaborative yet self-directed, capable of operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).

  • A passion for creating world-class brand experiences that drive growth and loyalty.
