The Botleigh Grange Hotel and Spa is a beautiful country-style hotel nestled in the Hampshire countryside. We offer guests a relaxing retreat with exceptional service, elegant rooms, and charming surroundings. We're now looking for a hardworking and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our friendly team.

The Hotel is looking for Breakfast Cook (Mornings):

Suitable candidates must be experienced in a similar position, organised, self-motivated and willing to undertake a variety of tasks. If you are passionate about customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for the guests.

The chosen candidate will be eager to develop further skills and knowledge and build strong working relationship with other kitchen brigade members and with our International Support Team. There may be the opportunity to work at other venues both locally and abroad.

Minimum Requirements:

3 years or more experience in food preparation, production, and service.

Good knowledge of ingredients, traditional dishes, basic cooking techniques and the desire to aim towards fine dining experience.

Ability to read and write, comprehend menus and F&B related items in English, including Point of Sale tickets.

Food Safety Certification or the ability to acquire.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Southampton, SO30 2GA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
