About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
Revenue Protection Training Consultant
with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programmes within the
utilities sector
— including
power, water, and gas
.

The ideal candidate will bring
ready-to-deploy training materials
and a deep understanding of
industry regulations, investigation techniques, and operational best practices
for Revenue Protection teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored Revenue Protection training sessions for technical and non-technical teams.
  • Review and adapt existing materials to align with our business goals and compliance standards.
  • Develop practical learning modules covering theft detection, investigation processes, data integrity, and customer engagement.
  • Provide post-training evaluation and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering
    Revenue Protection training programmes
    within utilities (electricity, water, gas).
  • Comprehensive understanding of
    UK industry frameworks
    , compliance, and enforcement procedures.
  • Existing, high-quality
    training materials
    and course content ready for deployment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Based in or willing to travel to
    London, UK
    .
  • Experience collaborating with utility companies or regulatory bodies.
