Role and responsibilities- Provide a safe and stimulating environment including setting up activities, reporting housekeeping issues/maintenance, following risk assessments.
- Providing care to children 3 months to 4 years including but not limited to: nappies and toileting/serving snacks and meals/cleaning resources, floors, highchairs, plates bottles etc.
- Engaging with the children as a Keyworker (when deemed able), which includes completing their monthly observations, being a main point of contact to parents, understanding and following each child's individual needs and interests.
- Working alongside other members of staff in the team to ensure we can stick to our routine.
- Supporting your room leader and management in any additional tasks deemed relevant.
- Paediatric first aid (desirable but not a necessity).
- Food hygiene (desirable but not a necessity).
- A can-do positive attitude

- A kind and caring disposition towards all children and parents.
