Responsibilities

  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
  • Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly

Experience

  • Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
  • Familiarity with construction or manual work environments is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and supervisors
  • Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities as needed
  • Must have CSCS Green Labourer Card.
  • Must be CIS registered or have UTR number.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing positively to our projects.
