Are you passionate about empowering learners and shaping the future of business and professional education? South Devon College is seeking a dedicated Learning and Skills Coach to support apprentices and adult learners across our Business, Professional, Accounting, and Finance curriculum.
As a Learning and Skills Coach, you'll play a vital role in facilitating engaging and inclusive learning experiences, both in the classroom and the workplace. You'll assess learners' progress through formal and informal methods, contribute to curriculum development, and support the implementation of pastoral and welfare systems. You'll manage a caseload of learners and employers, monitor progress, and ensure high standards of quality assurance. You'll also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assist with recruitment, and support onboarding and enrolment processes.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in the business and professional sector. You will have experience in teaching, training or assessing and be willing to undertake a teaching/assessing qualification if not already held.
