Hello We are now seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic 
Nursery Deputy Manager
 to join our management team at our state-of-the-art, 
purpose-built Montessori at Gerrards Cross
. Creative Minds Nurseries is looking for a dedicated & forward-thinking individual who can make the most of this incredible environment.

What you can expect

  • You will work closely with our wonderful nursery manager and devoted staff team.
  • Ensure the EYFS curriculum remains engaging, inclusive, and creative.
  • Uphold and promote the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
  • Assist with daily operational management, including staffing, planning, and parent partnerships.
  • Support with regulatory compliance, health and safety, and preparation for OFSTED inspections.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working in an Early Years setting with previous experience in leadership and/or room management required
  • NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, NVQ level 3 or equivalent, Early Years Teacher status, Montessori qualifications
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Experience of the inspection process
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety issues and legislation
