He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder, Nicola Kilner.We are growing rapidly and we're looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with usWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for anE-Commerce Operations Associateto support our online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes.This role is aFull-time positionbased at ourNottingham facility.WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLEEnsuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes administered in accordance with the organization's customer service and quality standardsAssists with onboarding and on the job training of the team to be highly functional and effectiveWork with Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaintPerform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, process cancelations etc. Labeling/Releasing stock and ordersReceiving and processing incoming stock and materials when neededEnsure standards for quality and health and safety are metAssist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintainedEnsure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking)Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to datePerform operational duties such as receiving, restocking, replenishing, wrapping skids when neededSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONEAttention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programsEffective time management and communication skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Retail, Inventory is an assetWHAT YOU'LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAMThere's a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
