We are now looking for a General Manager who will champion this vision, inspire our 50-strong team and drive the continued success of our acclaimed 2 AA Rosette restaurant.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading all day-to-day operations with strategic oversight, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences
  • Championing ALBA's hospitality ethos, elevating service standards and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Driving commercial performance through effective labour control, cost management and proactive sales growth initiatives
  • Coaching, motivating and developing a high-performing leadership team across the restaurant and bar
  • Analysing operational performance, implementing improvements and ensuring compliance with all H&S and licensing requirements
  • Building strong guest relationships, resolving issues with confidence and creating a loyal community of ALBA advocates
  • Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to deliver financial targets, revenue forecasts and long-term business plans.

What we're looking for in a General Manager:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, premium restaurant - ideally within Italian or Mediterranean fine dining
  • A strong understanding of guest-focused, premium hospitality in an elevated dining environment
  • A track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional service while achieving commercial success
  • Expertise in operational controls, labour planning and sales-driving initiatives
  • A natural leader with emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and an inspiring presence on the floor
  • A passion for Italian cuisine and wine
  • Professional, polished and aligned with ALBA's modern, vibrant identity

As General Manager, you will receive:
