Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant (ACCA Certified, Russian-speaking) at EFTEC Aero. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Duties also include analyzing financial data, creating financial reports, liaising with external auditors, and providing financial advice to management. This role is based in London.

What You'll Do

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Reconcile entries and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for review
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
  • Manage payroll functions and ensure compliance with relevant laws
  • Support audits by providing necessary financial information

What We're Looking For

  • ACCA certification
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
  • Language skills: English and Russian
  • Knowledge of aviation industry accounting practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
