We are looking for a Performance Coach who is insightful, empathetic, and highly strategic to join our Operations team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to enhance the mental performance, resilience, and decision-making abilities of executives and high-performing teams.
Strong psychological insight, coaching skills, and executive communication abilities are essential, along with experience in performance psychology, clinical or executive coaching, and working with high-stakes, high-output professionals. The ability to balance psychological safety with organizational performance, provide confidential 1:1 support, and act quickly in moments of volatility or crisis will be key to your success in this role.

  • Deliver confidential 1:1 coaching and psychological support to designated employees and executives
  • Optimize mental performance, clarity, and decision-making under pressure
  • Intervene discreetly and effectively during moments of crisis, emotional volatility, or burnout
  • Cultivate a resilient, high-functioning culture through personalized growth strategies
  • Act as a close advisor to the Head of Business Development and executive leadership
  • Analyze team performance and organizational dynamics; contribute to hiring and internal transitions using psychological insight and data
  • Navigate the balance between organizational objectives, employee well-being, and confidentiality
Qualifications & Skills
  • Doctorate in Psychology or Psychiatry (Ph.D., Psy.D.), or related neuroscience fields required
  • 5+ years in performance psychology or executive coaching, ideally within finance, tech, or law required
  • Proven success supporting high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Outstanding discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, clear-headed, and empathetic during challenging or emotionally charged situations
  • Experience supporting sales or business development leaders
  • Familiarity with startup or high-growth tech cultures
  • Deep understanding of organizational psychology and behavioral science
