How You'll Make An Impact
- Utilise advanced Excel, Power BI, and Macros to develop and improve financial models, automate processes, and streamline reporting.
- Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with business collaborators to grasp key performance drivers and offer financial insights that align with organisational goals.
- Act as a core liaison between the FP&A team and the wider finance community, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Find opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis and modelling.
About You
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant (preferred) or experienced individual with a strong background in financial analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Macros) and Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and handling large, complex datasets.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives within a finance function.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Flexibility: A positive attitude towards managing multiple tasks and working in dynamic environments.
- Process Improvement: Experience in process redesign and implementation is highly advantageous.
