Our approach is driven by co-production, positive behaviour support, and the creation of capable environments that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
If you want the opportunity to join a dynamic, values-led organisation where innovation, inclusion, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do, then this is the role for you. We believe that the culture we create for our team is just as important as the support we provide to the people who use our services.
If you're passionate about making a real difference and want to be part of a team that is shaping the future of care through evidence-based practice, trauma-informed approaches, and strengths-based support, we'd love to hear from you.

- Record and report accurately, ensuring all incidents, concerns, and progress are documented in line with policy
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to shared learning and continuous improvement
- Provide emotional support, helping individuals build relationships and maintain a sense of belonging.
What We're Looking For:
- Practitioners with empathy and a strong understanding of learning disabilities and autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach
- Commitment to person-centred care and PBS principles
