The role of Strategic Sales Director for the Defence Sector is an exceptional opportunity to lead a global sales strategy and develop new business opportunities.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Significant experience in highly technical B2B sales, preferably in the defence or aerospace sector
  • A background in engineering, technology, or military systems
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
