Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

OPM Labels and Packaging Group are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at The Colour Box, Gelderd Road, Leeds.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire the QA team, you will understand and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, BRCGS V7 Packaging, and PS9000:2016 standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, from internal audits to customer complaint resolution and supplier engagement.
  • Work alongside the Compliance Officer to complete Sedex, EcoVadis and other audit documentation.
  • Drive positive change, championing improvements in performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain high standards and support ongoing training and development.
  • Analyse data, produce insightful reports, and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Represent OPM in customer and supplier audits, playing a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in quality management within a manufacturing or print & packaging environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable improvements.
  • Familiarity with quality management software and standards.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
