Job Purpose:
We are seeking a technically skilled Automation Engineer to support the transformation of our global Legal & Compliance Department. This role focuses on building and maintaining automated workflows and applications that improve legal operations, drive efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

• Build applications to support legal processes and reporting.

• Collaborate with legal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Support data integration and visualization for strategic insights.

• Assist in AI-driven legal tech initiatives and process optimization.

• Provide technical support and documentation for deployed solutions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in automation or technology roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (mandatory).

• Exposure to legal environments or processes is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (required).
