What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and data analytics, ideally in global organisations.
- Solid background in organisation development and effectiveness, with the ability to lead workstreams independently.
- Skilled in translating workforce insights into actionable People strategies and business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, including experience working with executive-level leaders.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of business strategy, performance drivers, KPIs, and financial principles.
- Able to translate complex people data into clear, business-relevant insights.
- Collaborative mindset with a "can-do" attitude and a drive for innovation.
- Proficient in analysing complex, confidential datasets.
- Experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Power Pivot.
- Skilled in data cleansing, validation, and visualisation.
