What you'll be doing:Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives by improving the quality and safety of housing? We are seeking passionate and proactive Environmental Health and Housing professionals to join our team as Senior Housing Regulation Officers. In this exciting role, you will lead investigations into poor housing conditions, enforce standards, and ensure residents live in safe, healthy environments. You will have the opportunity to shape service delivery, take part in innovative enforcement initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of HMO licensing schemes, with plans to expand into additional discretionary licensing.

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your Director.
