To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates who can start by the very latest of the beginning of November 2025 to cover a paternity leave in their team. This role suits someone coming from a fast-paced and highly technical multi asset middle office / oversight position in an Alternatives or Asset Management company that would like to use their skills in a more long-term-viewed investment strategy company, and in a less stressful environment. You must have extensive experience of supporting derivative products, ideally showcasing exposure to collateral, confirmations and hopefully transaction reporting skills, as well experience of partnering with a major custodian or outsourced middle office function in an oversight role for their trade support and middle office responsibilities for the trade lifecycles. Preference will be given to those who can clearly demonstrate a solid skillset of making sure BAU works seamlessly by investigating issues and stopping them from happening again, but offers experience of working on a variety or projects or change initiatives, thus a controls mentality to make BAU work efficiently and could potentially bring new ideas to this well established team. Exposure to Front Arena is deemed advantageous.
The role will see you support all Hedging and Treasury activities, covering Exchange Traded derivatives, OTC derivatives, FX, money markets, gilts and repo. Performing BAU functions and controls, improving processes and introducing efficiencies, this role will see you support full trade lifecycle with particular emphasis on timely and accurate Trade support, Collateral Management, Settlements and Regulatory Reporting (EMIR, SFTR, MiFIR).
