As a Senior Service Delivery Consultant, you will lead a team of Service Delivery Consultants and work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to provide exceptional customer service for UK&E employees. You will collaborate with the HR Shared Service team in Bangalore (People Hub) to maintain excellent HR services for all employees, including coaching and mentoring the team in Bangalore. In addition, this role requires global HR engagement to ensure alignment across regions. Responsibilities include managing complex cases, being the primary contact for the team and employees, leading key projects, ensuring process effectiveness, training team members, and driving continuous improvements.
Your RoleConsultancy
- Support the Senior Service Delivery Consultants in delivering the HR People Services objectives.
- Act as an escalation point for the People Hub and UK HR functions acting as SME and first point of contact for resolving complex system and process queries.
- Consult on best practice of the HRMS system product Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the HR function (Workday, Oracle & Service Now Pro and others).
- Provide HR System consultancy services for future systems development.
Continuous Improvement
- Pro-actively identify and deliver system improvements to optimise service delivery with business efficiencies and user experience.
- Ensuring expectations within the People Hub around service delivery are met via the Service Delivery Framework (customer experience and change management programme).
- Drive continuous system and process improvements utilising data evaluation and customer engagement where possible.
- Working with the Senior Consultants and global HR colleagues to ensure HR efficiencies align with global priorities.
- Supporting with people analytics and data story telling regionally.
Collaboration and Representation
- Deliver training and coaching to the People Hub and wider HR teams.
- Represent the UK&E region in global forums.
- Lead / support on HR-related projects.

- Strong influencing skills, able to facilitate meetings and steer them to achieve objectives.
- Supporting / spearhead on HR projects and campaigns.
- Work with global corporate colleagues, sharing best practice and driving changes that meet regional requirements fit for the future.
Employee Experience
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to ensure seamless and meaningful employee journeys.
- Support in producing consistent content across various formats including knowledge articles, emails and intranet maintaining consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.
Essential Skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem solver with technical knowhow, utilising systems and automation to provide solutions to business challenges.
- Analytical mindset, Experience in using data analytics to drive solutions to business challenges, presenting proposed recommendations. Ability to interpret feedback and engagement data.
- Ability to dig deeper into problems to understand their root causes exploring all ranges of possibilities.
- Have a curious mindset and ability to proactively identify and drive process and system improvements to completion.
- Effective time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Strong ability to handle sensitive data within GDPR guidelines with strong confidentiality.
- Able to manage own time, multi-task, prioritise and re-prioritise tasks and the resilience to work through issues to conclusion.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in working in a global HR model or an HR shared services environment.
- Project Coordinator experience.
- Experience in Microsoft co-pilot and AI to support streamlining HR processes, improve service delivery, and enhance employee experience. Apply data analytics and digital tools to drive continuous improvement, ensuring ethical use and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Experience in undertaking User Acceptance Testing.
Qualifications
- HR and/or Data Analytics qualification preferred or equivalent experience.
- Project Management preferred or equivalent experience.
