We are an exciting and evolving 20+ person performance marketing and brand advertising agency based in Manchester, working with ambitious brands across digital, social, and brand campaigns.

We're looking for a multi-disciplinary designer to join our creative team. Someone who can flex across a variety of projects and disciplines; including social content and brand identity; being happy using motion graphics and working on websites.

You'll be the creative chameleon in the team, supporting colleagues across specialisms and stepping into different types of briefs with confidence and curiosity.

This role is ideal for someone looking for their second or third role in the industry, with a solid grounding in graphic design and a hunger to expand their creative range. 

You'll have the opportunity to shape ideas, craft executions, and raise the bar across a wide mix of projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Design across brand, digital, and social-first campaigns
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and video content in After Effects
  • Support UX/UI design projects with creative execution and eye for detail
  • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and our social team to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Jump into a variety of briefs, bringing adaptability and fresh ideas
  • Stay culturally tuned-in, bringing trends, references, and inspiration into the studio

What We're Looking For:

  • A collaborative, can-do mindset, happy to flex and support across different projects
  • 2–4 years of experience in a design role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong grounding in graphic design and brand fundamentals
  • Confident designing for social-first campaigns and digital channels
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and After Effects
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar digital design tools
  • Someone who is culturally aware, curious, and engaged.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital production processes
  • Experience presenting work to clients or leading elements of projects
