Location: London / Italy with International Travel 
Schedule: 24-hour care on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota

Job Overview:
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and qualified Nanny who are looking for a long term role to join a warm and welcoming family caring for their newborn baby due in early 2026. This is a truly exciting opportunity for dedicated professional who is passionate about childcare and thrives in a well-structured, respectful household.

Ideal Nanny:
  • Recognised maternity nurse/newborn care qualifications (e.g., MNT, NEST, or equivalent).
  • Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience with newborns and early years in private households.
  • Rota Experience
  • Outstanding, checkable references from previous maternity and nanny roles.
  • Warm, discreet, and confident with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Previous rota experience is essential.
  • Must hold a British passport or settled status in the UK.
  • Comfortable with international travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with your co-nanny to provide seamless, round-the-clock care.
  • Responsible for all aspects of newborn and baby care – including feeding, changing, sleep routines, educational & developmental support, and creating a calm, nurturing environment.
  • Travel internationally with the family as needed.
  • Work harmoniously alongside other household staff.
