We are looking for individuals who have the passion and capability to help others learn and fulfil their potential, of course backed up by expertise in their subject. It's a great opportunity for extra income with flexible hours and can complement other independent tutoring you may already be doing.

  • Ongoing support from our own tutoring system which gives access to education resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering one-to-one tutoring at the student's home in Doncaster and surrounding areas. Typically evening and weekends.
  • Create customised lesson plans tailored to each student's unique learning needs and goals.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to boost student confidence.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide feedback on student performance.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level, or currently in pursuit of. Teaching qualifications not necessary, however experience in tutoring is preferred.
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes for tutoring sessions.

All successful applicants will undergo a full reference check and will need to hold an Enhanced DBS. We can facilitate the Enhanced DBS, if required.
