Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and support teams across various departments, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to streamline operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise costs.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and process optimisation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office Suite or specialised management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to the industry is desirable. This position is ideal for a proactive professional committed to driving operational success while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
