Think Therapy 1st (TT1st) is an award winning rehabilitation OT company looking for Associate Specialist Rehabilitation Occupational Therapists (SROTs) to deliver hands-on, functional rehab to injured clients in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

We want to hear from you. This is for you if you're:

  • An experienced OT (minimum 4 years post-qualification)
  • Driven by real, occupation-focused rehab
  • Tired of ticking boxes and ready to get creative with client-led projects and activities
  • Ready to guide MDTs
  • Keen to keep growing your skills, with full mentoring and support behind you

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Own vehicle insured for business use
  • Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, video calls) and own computer/internet
  • Strong time management and independent working skills
  • Knowledge of litigation however some training provided
