We're looking for Baristas who bring personality, not just skills. People who enjoy chatting with customers, backing up their team, and creating a space that feels warm, positive, and alive.

You don't need perfect latte art — just the right attitude and the willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Make consistently great drinks (espresso, milk, iced, matcha)
  • Bring good energy and natural hospitality — no scripts
  • Keep the bar clean, organised, and flowing smoothly
  • Help create a welcoming, community atmosphere
  • Support the team during rushes
  • Learn our bagel & display routines
