Job Profile

We are actively seeking Residential Surveyors to join our regional teams on a zero hours basis in various locations across the UK.

At e.surv Chartered Surveyors, we are looking for driven and experienced AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS accredited Surveyors, equipped with RICS Registered Valuer status, to be part of our flexible team. This is an opportunity that involves a diverse range of responsibilities, with a primary focus on conducting Level 2 surveys.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Conduct RICS Home Surveys—Levels 2 and 3 (depending on experience).

- Prepare detailed reports and deliver expert professional advice.

- Inspect properties, analyze data, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with our expanding team to provide outstanding service to private and corporate clients.

Ideal Candidate: 

Ideal Candidate:

 - AssocRICS/MRICS qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status.

 - Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.

- A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop expertise in new areas.

- We also welcome applications from SAVA learners nearing the completion of their assessment phase
