HYBRID WORKING:
Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 20% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Permanent - 35 hours per week

We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive dedicated to securing business from SME sized prospects and customers (typically 5-99 vehicles, non-regulated) predominately through digital and telephony based sales strategies and techniques. This is achieved by providing detailed options, support and proactive guidance to prospects considering VWFS both for the first time, and, to existing customers looking at renewals or additional vehicles (Group and multi-marque product).
This specialist role will be instrumental in delivering excellent customer services to future and existing customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make quality high volume outbound calls to corporate Fleet prospects, following-up marketing qualified leads in a timely manner, with the aim to introduce the services of VWFS | Fleet and to deliver a cases/additions target at agreed margin levels from existing and new customers
- Make quality high volume outbound calls to existing corporate Fleet customers with an aim to promote value added products (VAPs) and undertake renewal discussions
- Remotely account manage a portfolio of existing customers, increasing VWFS fleet and wallet share and maintaining a strong service relationship
- Add value at every sales and customer touch point and ensure customers receive appropriate information to make informed decisions whilst maximising every business opportunity.
- Maintain high level Fleet product knowledge and recognise the features and benefits of the Business Contract Hire product and associated VAPs.
- Source leads for and from our Retailer network in order to ensure replacement vehicles are ordered and delivered.
What You'll Bring
You'll be experienced within Automotive or a regulated Financial Services environment.
You'll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Experience & Skills
- A sound knowledge of Fleet products and services preferable (full training will be provided to the right individual).
- Previous experience in inside sales, telephone account or telesales roles and high volume outbound calling.
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed and comfortable with stretching sales targets
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Accurate data capture with good attention to detail.
- Excellent time management with a tenacious, resilient, self-motivated attitude.
