About The Role
This is a pivotal role overseeing the delivery and success of strategic growth projects across the organisation. You'll drive business-wide operational and process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and support the implementation of the company's strategic direction. As a key driver of change, you'll inspire collaboration and stretch ambitions across internal teams and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact, multi-year programmes aligned to the strategic business plan
  • Provide strategic leadership to optimise financial performance and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to manage change and ensure successful outcomes
  • Review and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency and return on investment
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing new ways of working and anticipating future demand
  • Act as a strategic advisor and critical friend to business areas during project delivery
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, adapting to diverse audiences
