Job Description
Location: Milton Keynes (with travel to Bedford and Bagshot)

Department: HR

Reports To: Head of Talent

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00, with flexibility to support a 24/7 workforce)

At Lantmännen Unibake, we're looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent & Training Advisor to join our Human Resources team. Are you passionate about people development and training excellence?

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the administration and coordination of training programs, including compliance and mandatory training
  • Manage training calendars, employee records, and online training modules
  • Support the delivery of Leadership Development Programs and Early Careers initiatives
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance onboarding and employer branding
  • Develop and deliver learning materials, including digital content using Articulate and other platforms
  • Administer CIEH licenses and maintain accurate training documentation

Skills & Requirements
What We're Looking For

  • To begin with, strong organisational skills are essential. You'll be managing multiple systems and processes to ensure smooth training operations across our sites.
  • We're especially keen to hear from candidates with experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment—whether on the shop floor or in a supporting role. This background will help you understand the unique challenges of our industry.

You'll Need

  • Proficiency in the Windows suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with social media is a plus, great for promoting training and engaging employees
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A flexible, pragmatic approach and a passion for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent vocational qualification (or relevant experience) desirable but not essential
  • Familiarity with training systems and record management
