WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

As a Sales Assistant at Pentland Brands, your mission is to be the trusted first point of contact for every customer. You will deliver exceptional service by combining deep product knowledge with a genuine understanding of individual customer needs. Through thoughtful recommendations and a passion for our brands, you will create memorable shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and drive sales.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Delivers outstanding customer services
  • Actively engaging with customers and demonstrating in depth product knowledge
  • Support store operations
  • Receive and process deliveries efficiently, replenish stock and ensure the shop floor is visually appealing
  • Uphold brand standards
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness and presentation throughout store
  • Ensure policy compliance
  • Follow all customer services, returns and exchange policies with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Contribute as a team player
  • Support your team by taking on additional duties as needed
