What You'll Do

  • Keep our kitchens happy — snacks, drinks, and good coffee flowing at all times.
  • Be the friendly face that works with building management, vendors, and visitors to keep everything ticking.
  • Make sure the office is safe, tidy, and ready for action — from daily walk-throughs to quick fixes and supply runs.
  • Help set up team lunches, company meetings, and events that bring everyone together.
  • Keep track of access passes, deliveries, and all the behind-the-scenes logistics that make a great workday possible.
  • Jump in to support travel plans or facility projects when needed — you're the ultimate team player
  • Be the go-to person when anyone needs a hand — whether it's fixing a meeting room issue or finding the last can of sparkling water.

You'll make sure our people have everything they need to do their best work — and have a little fun while they're at it.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a corporate office setting in a team environment
  • High school diploma or greater
  • Previous reception or property management experience
