About the role

Are you an experienced project manager who wants to make an impact in global health as a Stakeholder Engagement and Governance Officer?

At the Fleming Initiative, you will work with a committed and talented team to support the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). The Stakeholder Engagement and Governance Officer (Fleming Initiative) will play a vital role in the operational delivery of the Fleming Initiative's highest priorities.

What you would be doing

As Stakeholder Engagement and Governance Officer (Fleming Initiative), you will work directly with the Executive Chair to ensure the effective coordination, strategic alignment, and operational delivery of the Fleming Initiative's highest priorities. The role encompasses managing senior-level governance and stakeholder engagement; supporting the coordination of fundraising activities; and delivering communications and events activities, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that will drive global efforts to combat AMR.

  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in governance and event planning
  • Ability to support the delivery of communication strategies
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare, and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Experienced in leading or coordinating high level stakeholder relationships and/or multi-partner projects
  • Expertise to planning and delivering a range of events.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure the delivery of an excellent product.
