What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across your region, selling telecoms, energy, and payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Your role will include:

  • Generating and converting new business leads through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Meeting business owners and decision-makers to understand their communication, energy, and payment needs.
  • Creating tailored proposals and presenting solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and reporting performance accurately.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every client.
  • Staying informed about industry developments and competitor activity to maximise sales potential.

You will be an ambitious, confident, and self-motivated sales professional who thrives on autonomy and reward.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven success in field sales, business development, or B2B sales (telecoms, energy, or payment solutions preferred).
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your patch.
