    Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Define and evolve the company's overarching software architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, resilience, and innovation across all product lines.

  • Technical Visionary: Anticipate industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide adoption to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Influence & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing technology investment decisions and aligning architecture with business strategy.

  • Mentorship & Development: Coach and mentor senior architects and engineering leaders, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and operations leaders to ensure architectural decisions support business outcomes.

  • External Representation: Serve as a public-facing technical ambassador, representing the company at industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.

  • Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture, with a track record of enterprise-scale impact.

  • Recognized expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and large-scale software platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive technology strategy at the organizational level.

  • Proven history of innovation, patents, publications, or contributions to industry standards.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring senior technical talent.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
