About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Pastoral Administrator to join our warm and welcoming team at De Aston School. You'll play a key role in supporting our students' wellbeing and success by providing vital administrative and first aid support to our pastoral team.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Managing student records, admissions, and pastoral data
- Administering first aid and maintaining health care plans
- Leading and motivating the Pastoral Admin Assistant
- Being a friendly face at reception
What We're Looking For:
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths
- Excellent communication and ICT skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A team player with leadership potential
- First aid qualification (or willingness to train)
