Mobile Team Leader – Cleaning Services (Permanent)

About the Role.

As a Mobile Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. You'll provide cover for staff absences, deliver training for new starters, and ensure high standards are maintained across all sites. The role involves both hands-on cleaning and team leadership, supporting our commercial and domestic clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cover staff sickness and holidays (commercial and domestic).
  • Training and onboard new cleaning team members.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards.
  • Support the operations team with out-of-hours work when required.
  • Travel between clients and sites from Langstone to Chepstow.
  • Represent Clean & Sheen's values of integrity, communication, reliability, and success.

About You.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in cleaning (commercial or domestic) and team leadership.
  • A full UK driving licence (use of company vehicle provided as and when required).
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and reliable approach with great attention to detail.
