Epping Forest District Council is looking for motivated and driven individuals who can work as part of a team or on their own while keeping our sites throughout the borough in excellent condition.

We have a full-time job opportunity within the Caretaking & Cleaning Services Team.

Working in our Caretaking & Cleaning Services Team – you will be responsible for cleaning internal / external areas on our estates and Independent Living Schemes throughout the district, maintaining the bin stores, reporting fly tipping and repairs within our blocks.

Litter picking and deep cleaning of blocks.

You will be the first line response to cleaning needs in the borough and for customers the first point of contact.

To be successful in this challenging role you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to show good customer services skills and be able to work in a team.

Physically able to deliver a comprehensive cleaning service.

You will be required to drive so a full driving license is essential.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
