We are currently seeking a Valeter to join our professional team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles—both cars and commercial vans—are cleaned, prepared, and presented to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities

  • Wash, polish, and vacuum vehicles to a high standard (interior and exterior).
  • Prepare new and used vehicles for display and customer handover.
  • Clean and maintain commercial vehicles, including larger vans.
  • Apply cleaning products safely and efficiently following company procedures.
  • Carry out paint and upholstery protection treatments when required.
  • Ensure the valeting area and equipment are kept clean, tidy, and well maintained.
  • Report any vehicle damage or defects to the supervisor.
  • Assist with vehicle movement around the site when necessary.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily preparation targets and customer deadlines.

Essential Criteria

  • Full UK driving licence (manual).
  • Previous experience in vehicle valeting, detailing, or a similar cleaning role.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working in a dealership or automotive environment.
  • Knowledge of specialist cleaning and detailing products.
