The Elephant in Woolton is looking for driven, enthusiastic & passionate Chefs de Partie to join our team

Rate of Pay

  • £12.21 per hour.
  • Full time role and Part time available.
  • Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday).

Rota Schedule

Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates applying for a chef role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:

  • Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business. As our Head of Food says; "no passion, no point".
  • Our teams are encouraged to challenge the norm & use their creativity & initiative to create a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
  • Capable of delivering 1500+ covers per week.
  • Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of 12 chefs.
  • Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
  • Passion for working in a team environment.
  • Delivering high quality dishes following specifications.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in delivering great guest experiences.
