Here at Fyrnwy Equine, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

The role will include:

*Answering the phone dealing with daily request from clients including booking appointments and visits.

*Taking and preparing repeat prescriptions.

*Organising Vets diaries.

*Dealing with emails.

*Inputting vets work.

*Taking payments and cashing up.

*Some house duties to include cleaning and maintaining equipment.

*Drug ordering.

*Some loan working. 

About the hours and salary

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Fyrnwy Equine Group was established in 1978 by Rhys Owen and David Jagger. The current practice is spread across two sites based at Baschurch and Wrexham to allow us to provide 24-hour veterinary care across a wide geographical area. Fyrnwy Equine group comprises of a large specialist clinic and ambulatory facility dedicated to providing care to the horses of Shropshire, North Wales, and Cheshire.
