A role you will love
As the Senior Digital Creative Designer, you would bring the clients digital visions to life. Reporting to the creative manager you will add value by designing engaging communications for our clients, using your existing knowledge to elevate the CCS offering. Through client engagement you would both create compelling conceptual designs, user stories, and prototypes but also have knowledge in HTML/CSS, and JavaScript to develop the functional digital outputs, interactive emails, and websites.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify needs, take briefs and then conceptualize, design, and present digital solutions.
• Transform creative concepts and storyboards into engaging and functional digital experiences via Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Effectively manage personal workload to ensure timely delivery of design solutions within specified deadlines and billable hours, while ensuring the following of internal design process and procedures.
• Collaborate cross functionally, fostering relationships across the teams to ensure clients needs are met, i.e. Account Directors, service delivery, PMO, and back end development.

What Will You Bring To The Role
To be successful you would have prior experience of working in a client/customer environment and supporting to help bring their ideas to life. While knowledge of financial or communication services would be beneficial, it is not essential, we are looking for someone with transferable experience and a proactive nature to learn about our products, services and company. We are looking for a proactive approach to upskilling your knowledge of the CCS business and be part of the fantastic journey

Other Key Skills

• Demonstrable experience/knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite & Figma.
• Proficient in the use of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience of working within a client driven environment
• A qualification in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related subject would be highly beneficial
