Our Graduate Programme gives you the chance to get hands-on experience, learn from global experts in animal genetics, and make a real difference to farmers and food production around the world.

Across the programme, you will rotate through different parts of our business, build valuable skills, and take on projects that make an impact from day one.

This is a UK-based programme with travel across Great Britain and Ireland expected. As part of your development, you may be asked to relocate during different stages of the program.

What you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, business, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills enabling you to connect and engage with a range of audiences.

• A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the UK when required.

Tackling climate change:
